        Thank you for your inquiry. The thing I’d like to say is that there’re gaps of thinking between American people and Japanese people. In this case, Japanese man asked American people how to get his destination, but Japanese man wasn’t able to hear the answer he expected. As a result, Japanese man was a little confused and disappointed atfer asking his question. I’d like you to express my question.
